Your Sir are an idiot, HCQ MUST be administered early before hospitalisation, and with at least ZINC. The standard dose is 200mg of HCQ not 400mg or 800mg but it mainly works as a prophylactic or an early treatment method. If you say your investigation shows HCQ doesn't work how come has Doctor Zelenko treated 3000 patients with ONLY TWO requiring hospitalisation. HCQ does work. This site compiles more HCQ research. It has the studys mentioned in this video with some critiques. For example, a detailed review of the Boulware study shows positive results for HCQ. "Authors initially believed that 3 days since exposure (excluding shipping delay) was the maximum delay of interest, they modified this mid-trial to add an additional day delay. With the original trial specification, they found a 30% reduction in cases, p=0.13. If the trial was not ended early, and if the observed trend continued, 95% significance would have been reached after about 420 patients per group, which is less than the original trial specification of 621 patients per group."

Your info is incorrect! Many studies have been done on HCQ but dosages even in the studies you site, patients dosages given are incorrect. Dosages which are over 2x's the medically approved dosages in the trials. HCQ is well known that dosage level is very important and that dosage above approved levels can be serious.
1. Why did you not point this out in your evaluation. Of course adverse effects would be noted when patient's are over dosed.
2. How are so many studies performed and not retracted when incorrect dosages are used. There is standard dosage protocols and how can many supposedly "reputable institutions" make over dosage errors and studies have not been retracted or information of incorrect dosages been widely made aware to the public?
3. HCQ plus Zithromax and zinc supplement are all important and needed to get most potent potential stoppage of viral duplication. Zinc is especially essential with HCQ so studies done without zinc are not adequate to render whether results are effective in studies. Approximately 40% of patients are diffcient in zinc.
4. HCQ and zinc studies are most effective when given as early as possible. Studies in hospitals really are done once cytokine storm has occurred and will not be effective at that point. Studies need to be done by Primary care doctors, clinics, and providers that see patients early on in treatment. Studies where cytokine storm is already in effect is useless. Look at our bodies biological response to the virus, HCQ with zinc blocks virus from locking in channels and transferring replicating RNA especially into pulmonary cells and damaging lungs.
5. Many people with autoimmune disease use HCQ and are able to tolerate side effects. It would be same for Covid if correct dosages were given during studies and patients weren't made toxic.
6. In times of pandemics, there is not the luxury to wait and see for double blind placebo testing to occur. Throughout history, the best treatments for the significant disease is a result of protocols needed immediately. Educated scientific medications for disease are tried and refined while immediate deaths are occurring. Why only double blind studies are now only accepted treatment? That flies in the face of medical history and how previous treatments have been used in times of crisis when there isn't time for double blind studies to be done. Down the line as time goes on, of course you do double blind but useless at beginning of large communical disease spread.

I believe at least some of these trials monitor self reported symptoms, some don't require PCR tests, and most give huge doses and act like side effects are a result of a reasonable dose.

Remember, Dr. Zelenko said HCQ works with zinc and zpak in outpatients settings, and to be given to high risk patients. He said his protocol doesn't work as well if you need to be hospitalized.
Next study: Calvacanti. The study says "mild and moderate" cases. How can cases be mild or moderate if patients are hospitalized? No, that means patients are very sick.

We all need to remember that all studies have limitations. When the retrospective studies keep showing a positive benefit for HCQ, it should make us question the RCT's and dig a little deeper.
